Rescheduling
One reschedule is possible per booking, requested at least 72 hours before the session. Requests inside 48 hours, or a second reschedule, are treated as a no-show.

- Your name, email, phone number, and up to five delivery addresses. Your orders, bookings, wishlist and any profile note you write.
- Why
- To confirm and deliver your orders, to hold and remind you about your bookings, and to reach you when something you asked about changes.
- What other members can see
- Only your display name, your short profile note and your listed interests — and only inside the Members Lounge and Tribe.
- What stays private
- Your email, phone number, addresses, payment details, orders and bookings. These are never visible to other members.
- What you can edit
- All of your personal details, your addresses, your profile and your wishlist, at any time.
- If you close your account
- Your profile and wishlist are removed. Order and booking records are kept only as long as tax and accounting rules require.
