Where these documents stand
No legal text has been drafted here, because these clauses need a qualified professional. What follows is the set of documents the studio already references, with the one policy currently published in full, plus plain-language summaries where they help. Every section must be reviewed and completed before the site goes live.
The studio's existing legal documents are: Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Website Cookies Policy, Delivery and Shipping Policy, and Replacement, Return and Refund Policy. Their live content should be brought across before publication.
Trading entity: Designz Life, a registered MSME studio. Governing jurisdiction for all disputes: the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
Booking policy
Published in full This is the one policy currently published in detail. It applies to all Oracle Card Reading sessions conducted under Designz Life / Blissful Trails, in both online and in-person formats.

All sessions are strictly by prior appointment only. Bookings are confirmed solely upon receipt of 100% advance payment, inclusive of applicable Indian taxes. Confirmation of the appointment date and time will be provided by the team once payment is credited to our account.
Sessions are designed for one-to-one consultation only. If an additional participant wishes to attend, prior written intimation is required. Acceptance and applicable additional charges will be discussed separately.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
Refund & cancellation
Full cancellations are not permitted. Clients may request one reschedule only, and such request must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled session date — for example, for a Monday appointment the request must reach us by Friday night.
Rescheduled sessions will be offered within 15 days to 1 month from the original booking date, subject to availability. Any request made within 48 hours of the session, or after one reschedule has already been utilised, will not be accommodated and will be treated as a no-show.
If the client does not attend the confirmed session at the appointed time, online or in person, it shall be treated as a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable and non-adjustable.
In the rare event that Designz Life, Blissful Trails, or Ms. Shreya Saha must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, clients will be offered either a full refund of the amount paid, or a fresh appointment date within one month of the original confirmed booking.
A Replacement, Return and Refund Policy exists as a footer link on the current site but was not accessible in full during this review. Its live content should be pulled across before this page goes live — including the return window, condition requirements, who pays return shipping, how refunds are issued, and how customised or bespoke items are treated.
Event registrations may need different terms from one-to-one sessions, particularly where a venue, catering or a participant kit has been committed to in advance. Needs its own clause.
Delivery & shipping
A Delivery and Shipping Policy exists as a footer link on the current site. Bring its live content here, covering at minimum: shipping coverage (within Kolkata, across India, international), dispatch and delivery timelines, shipping charges, how orders are tracked, packaging, and what happens if something arrives damaged.
Until then, please ask us directly about shipping to your location before ordering.
Privacy policy
A plain-language summary of what a member account would hold is published in the Members Space. In short: we would collect your name, email, phone and up to five addresses, along with your orders, bookings, wishlist and any profile note you write. Other members would see only your display name, profile note and interests. Your contact details, addresses, payment details, orders and bookings stay private.

Its live content should be pulled across and checked by a qualified professional against the member-account features planned here — particularly lawful basis, retention periods, third-party processors (payments, email, hosting), and how a member closes their account and requests deletion.
Website cookies
This site currently uses your browser's local storage for two conveniences only: remembering what you have added to your cart and saved to your wishlist while you browse. That information stays in your own browser, is not sent to us, and disappears if you clear your site data.
A Website Cookies Policy exists as a footer link on the current site. It will need updating once analytics, payments or embedded third-party content are added — each of those introduces cookies this summary does not currently cover.

Membership terms
The Artisoul Tribe has not launched, and its tiers, pricing and joining criteria are undecided. Membership terms will need: what is included at each level, duration and renewal, upgrade and downgrade, cancellation and refund of any fee, what happens to benefits already used, conduct expectations in the Members Lounge, and what happens to a member's profile and posts if they leave.
A coins and rewards scheme also appears in the planned member area. Its earning rate, conversion rate, expiry and redemption rules become a binding commitment to members once published, so they must be settled first.
Gift card terms
The E-Bliss Card is offered in fixed amounts of ₹250, ₹500, ₹1,000, ₹1,500, ₹2,000 and ₹2,500, or any other amount you choose. It can be put towards products or sessions.

Validity period and expiry, whether the card is transferable, what happens if it is lost or the email is not received, whether it can be refunded to the purchaser, and how it interacts with a discount code all need settling — and reviewing, since gift cards carry specific consumer-law obligations.
